Som Occasionally, the confirmation email gets lost in “spam land.” Check your junk mail/spam folders. If you don’t find the email there,, contact customer service and send us your user name and password. We will manually activate for you.

Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe (i.e., Version 9 or higher). You can download it free from their website. We use the most updated versions of Adobe for its security and multimedia features. You may also use the adobe downloads to access the video used on the site.
If you are a MAC user, you are likely opening the report in your default “preview” mode. Instead, open in Adobe.
FAQ 5 – Display/Truncated Words – I can’t read all of the posts. The words are truncated.

We suggest any of the following 3 solutions:
Change your screen resolution size to a higher resolution. We currently have our computers set for 1368×766. You can usually change your screen resolution from your control panel (assuming you are using windows).
You can also temporarily change your browser window zooming (i.e., zoom out and in) by clicking “CRTL” and the minus sign ‘-‘ at the same time or “CRTL” and the plus sign ‘+” simultaneously.
If you do not want to change your screen resolution or toggle screen resolutions Iwith the CRTL +/_), you can use the printer icon next to each post/article (to the left of the pdf icon) to bring up a smaller window to read and/or print the post/article and comments.
