I recieved this in the mail the other day for anyone who is interested:

I thought that your articles on GGP were right on the mark. For anyone interested in the subject you may want to visit a current lawsuit heading for trial in the NYS Supreme court brought by tenants at Pier 17 South Street seaport NYC index # 603707/04. Many of the same subjects are covered.
