This is an area I am not familiar with but knew the munies would take a beating. Dropping home prices, BKs, people losing their homes, CRE hits, business closing = less taxes. Let's not forget the counties and cities that took a lashing in the credit default swaps (like that city in Georgia that needed the water and sewer fix).
