Event title Networking on the MotherLand
Where: The MotherLand - NY
Category: Reggie Middleton Financial Networking Events

Event description:

I am sponsoring the 2nd institutional and high net worth social event for the readers of my blog. I plan for it to be a recreational day of networking, yachting and a trip to the Pallisades on the MotherLand! Time and weather permitting, we may visit the piers at Greenwich Conneticut or visit the Wind & Sea restaurant on the Jersey Shore.

I will  try to have a monthly networking event to discuss the global macroeconomic environment, exchange ideas and generally just have some fun. The first event featured a trip up the Hudson to the Pallisadeds from Chelsea on the Motherland, a cozy 48' motoryacht. On the return trip, we stopped at the 79th Street Boat Basin for a bite to eat.

After this trip, we'll have the option of retiring to the Buddhakahn restaurant in the trendy meat packing district for food, drink and merriment (the yacht ride is on me, the restaurant is notLaughing).

I would like to make clear that this is a recreational networking event, and is not intended to be, nor an opportunity to give or receive investment advice, products or related services. Basically, I intend to meet the vibrant personalities of the blog and listen to perspectives on the financial and global macroeconomic environment, and enjoy a day of boating around NYC and the surrounding areas.

I will limit the event to the first 12 to 20 people and will release my latest opinion and research on the yacht the day of the trip.

Location description:

The MotherLand: a fun, relaxing place to discuss Global Macro, financial matters, just have a good time. The Pallisades and the Jersey Shore are just a few minutes away and a trip around Manhattan allows for alternate views. The docks have a host of activities and the entire venue is located blocks away from the Meat Packing District, with the city's trendiest restaurants, clubs, boutique hotels and lounges. For institutional and high net worth commentators of the BoomBustBlog.com, this is a venue for recreational financial networking and fun.
