As for whether they could sell more is quite debatable, but let's assume they could sell $100m more, does that cap the shortfall outlined in the analysis?]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Hi Regie, interesting and quite convincing. However, have you noticed that PEI sold $100 million in preferred shares in April? And since those trade at about 26.50$/share right now they probably could easily sell another 50 or even 100 million. Of course it would increase interest payments down the road (they carry about 8 % yields), but it could solve most of their financing problems for now?!]]></description>
