			<description><![CDATA[I looked at the 2011Q2 OCC report on bank exposure to derivatives. Table 4 on page 28 states that Goldman Sachs's Total Risk-Based Capital is at $19.447 Billion. And the Total Assets is at $88.832 Billion. Do they make sense? From GS's financial statements, the total assets are close to 1 trillion and the total shareholder's equities are near $70 Billion. Where do the numbers from the OCC come from?]]></description>
