Of particular interest is what happens when the banks start to enforce the covenants en masse. The structure of this company is interesting and not very run of the mill, and can mask the amount of distress that it may actually be in.

I've learned a few lessons in the near 3 years this site has been up. For one, many retail investors were looking for hot stock tips and truly didn't understand the difference between research and trading advice, despite the fact that I tried my best to make that clear.
2nd, I noticed that many have a proclivity to going long/prices going up. To me, there is no difference as long as I make money in the end.
3rd, people have very, very short term memories. It doesn't matte who made the most money, most people are swayed by who did what last quarter or last year.

With that being said, I would like to discuss this company. There are a lot of interesting things going on. As for that SA guy who is bullish, I would consider that stance to be risky to an extreme. If China does slow down, a restructuring would be a must, and that is looking at things optimistically.

of all the research sites I read this one, WITHOUT A DOUBT, is the best value for what is charged hand down. I don't understand why anyone would not want to read this stuff considering how low the fee is.

I clicked the wrong setting for the document. I suggest all subscribers download it. We have found some things that are of definite interest and Shaun's take on the indirect exposure has merit as well. I will post some additional info for pro subscribers soon.

I can't arrange a per doc payment arrangement for a small fee because after the transaction costs I actually lose money. I suggest you subscribe for a month, which has a minimal outlay of $85 on the low end. Keep in mind that it will recur without your cancelling it, though.

reggie, you're the man. I think I was unclear though earlier, the company doesn't sell into China to a great extent, but it's end market demand is HEAVILY dependent on Chinese steel production and industry. I think that is why the valuation is where it is and one reason why the stock hasn't sold off with FXI. I like these indirect plays that hit their investors stomach like week old Long John Silvers for breakfast!

hello reggie, have you ever thought of making these downloads available on a pay-per-article basis? so for maybe $5, a user can download the retail version of the article? not sure about the economics of it, but i would definitely like to see that option. keep up the great insight

actually, once i agree to the disclaimer, it then asks me for details about joining the site? perhaps there is some issues with my membership or something that have occurred in the last few days? I would imagine that is why I'm not seeing the download option though.
