Posting will be light today...

I believe I have found the next GGP and I am spending to the time to do a very deep dive. I will update subscribers tomorrow afternoon, and follow up on the effects of the CRE crash on the now inflated price of insurance companies.

I agree 100% but timing and risk mitigation will be important as we have seen by some of the insolvent banks (and countries) the problem can be kicked down the road (assuming willing parties) for a lot longer than anyone would expect.

Keep up the good work Reggie.

The losses have to go somewhere Jarret. I know it is irritating to see zombie companies levitate, but that is a short term phenomenon. One sure thing about real estate is that it is solid, easily counted, and defects (whether they be financial, legal, or physical) can't be hidden for but so long.

The real question is would GGP have had the same fate if everthing occured in the current environment. Just something to ponder.
